windy and wet the best conditions of yet
the past month has been full of mud
and yet the worlds pace doesnt slow
down not an inch not even a pinch
with all the rain and muck
it makes a perfect place to commit
the wrong and arwy can happen
and go unnoticed due to unusual
circumstances of the weather all about
with a rumble the flash of thunder
its nightly ballet is about to begin
with an extra downpour of rain
the banks of the river overflows its banks
washing away any footsteps of any passerby
on the shore before the storm arose
was where halbert lay dead as a doornail
scratches and gouges all upon his face
not one single fingernail left in its place
his intestines pulled out and streched around
his neck like a boa on a showgirl in a country club
his left leg hacked off with a dull butchers knife
his throat serated with that same butchers knife
all an act of violence by an upset contry wife
who found her husband in bed with her best friend
she waited until the time was right
and than on a fully lit moon night
she followed him to his secret lovers hideaway
and much to his dismay his lover was to never come
for his loving wife susette had taken care of
her cheating friend lorette her bloody head in hand
waiting for him to realize he was next to go
when he turned around after waiting there
since 10 to midnight he turned around to terrifying sight
what he saw was
susette holding hand in hand and knife in the other
lucid grin and crazy lust asunder
maniac grin and mind twisted and lost in termoil
he stood there in fear as with every step
she drew nearer and nearer
to his ever shivering form illuminated by the moon lit night
all it took was for him to look into her eyes
those eyes filled with hurt, rage and lunacy
thirsty for blood his blood his life
paralyzed with fear she pushed him into the sand
and after a few ritualistic slices she had him slew
putting everything in its final place
she took a step back to admire what she had done
the reflection of the moon in the puddles of blood
and his organs strewn out here and there
taking in this site made her happy for about a minute
than reality set in what she had done and what had occured
the mental wall in her mind breaking down
she sank into the sandy bar where this nightmare had happened
her soul aching and crying out for repentace for her sins
overcome with grief and sorrow she wept by his side till the dawn
where the ferrymen found her the next day
she had stabbed herself in the chest unable to cope with
what she had done took her own life with that very knife
it is said that to this day if you go there on a moon lit night
you can see her murderous acts and her last performance
she ever did on this earth her grief stricken suicide
the sounds of her sobs can be heard
but what people remember the most is the
sound of the knife she is wielding zinging through
the air and into her chest cavity and staying put
